We explored nearby unexplored waterfalls and witnessed breathtaking sunsets that left us in awe. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at KWETO and it truly lived up to our expectations. We felt welcomed and at home. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. The local cuisine provided was delicious. It was such a treat to enjoy homemade and thoughtfully prepared meals. What really stood out was Madhu and his family’s hospitality. They went about to make sure we were comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and being readily available whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attentiveness made the stay truly special and I felt more like a friend than just a guest. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and would recommend KWETO Homestay to anyone looking for a charming and welcoming place. We will definitely be returning!

The location is beautiful, in the midst of a coffee estate. A small stream which joins the Tala Kaveri is 10 mins walk from the house. Misty mornings were lovely and we could spot a whole lot of birds from hornbills to drongo just sitting in the verandah. There are a few walking trails in and around the estate which you can explore on your own or with the staff. The house has two proper bedrooms. The third is above these two bedrooms with wooden board flooring. Food options were limited, mostly local cuisine but delicious and very tasty. The place has a nice barbecue place which the caretaker helped us setup on request and extra cost for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing time close to nature, birdwatching, walking amongst huge ancient trees and eating delicious Kodagu food.

They made me feel completely at home and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The home-cooked meals were absolutely amazing – delicious, fresh, and filled with love. We had an amazing stay at this property. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Food was consistently excellent. And the hosts went out of their way to make our stay both comfortable and memorable, with communications starting well ahead of our trip to help us plan an itinerary and menu customized for our group. They were also very flexible with special requests (e.g., organizing for a packed breakfast for our return so we could leave early morning for our drive back home).

We recently spent a weekend in this incredible tree dome and it was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere. The dome itself is beautifully designed with a spacious interior, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom. Thirtha, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a tour of the estate, which was fascinating. We also enjoyed a delicious meal prepared with fresh, local ingredients. This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

It was absolutely fantastic to stay in the house. It was like the pictures shown in the site and was provided with a full equiped kitchen. The three rooms were quite large with spotless linen and two clean washrooms. The view was very serene and provided with a sense of peace. The owners were very polite,hospitable and very cooperative, to say the least. Overally,it was a very fulfilling stay.
