Had a super nice stay here, the apartment has a nice modern and cosy touch and was super clean. Great shower with nice hot water as well. We arrived very late at around 2am which was not a problem as you check in via a keypad. Huy was very responsive and helpful providing all the information we needed as well as giving us nearby suggestions to explore. One thing that could be added is a blanket/ cover for the bed in the front room, it is a fold out sofa but we could not find a cover however it was still a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider returning if in the area in the future.

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The addition of a washing and drying machine was especially helpful for me and my family during our travels. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I had a great stay at Son's. Really beautiful apartment in a nice chill area away from the madness of the city centre. Son was helpful with any questions I had and gave me some great recommendations for the local area. I'll definitely bear this place in mind the next time I'm in Hanoi. Thanks a lot Son!

You get what you see in the pictures. Clean and beautiful house. All amenities were fabulous. The house had an air of comfort and belongingness. Tiffany is a fabulous host, always wearing a beautiful smile and extremely quick to response. The house and the amenities in the house are top class. Tiffany also booked us on Halong bay cruise and it was worth every cent inspite of the fact that the weather was overcast and it rained a bit. She was gracious enough to take care of the extra luggage whilst we were away for the overnight cruise. If one is looking for a homestay away from hustle bustle of the city and a host who is super sweet, accommodating, concerned and swift to response then this is the place to stay. It's worth every cent of the money and you will feel at HOME.

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

The hosts are very friendly and the place is really nice! Look like what it described. We left a ring in the room after check out, they are very helpful and responsive to help us get it back even we were at the airport already. Definitely worth staying here for the Hanoi Trip :)

Our family of 9 found the place spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating all of us. The location near West Lake is very convenient, with plenty of attractions and dining options nearby. However, the floor was a bit dusty when we arrived, so we had to clean up a little to make it feel more comfortable. Overall, the house was well-suited for our stay, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. One challenge we faced was with Grab drivers occasionally missing the stop or overshooting it, so it’s helpful to guide them as they approach the house to avoid confusion. We appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the spacious layout, which made it easy for everyone to feel at home. The kitchen was adequately equipped, making it convenient for us to prepare meals as a group. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which added to the positive experience. With just a bit more attention to cleaning, this would be an even more perfect place to stay.
