This beautiful townhouse is situated in the heart of Nedlands on a quiet, leafy residential street. The residence has a secluded courtyard, laneway entry & garage. Hollywood Hospital, QEII precinct, Perth Children's Hospital, UWA & Kings Park are within 2-15 min walk away. Hampden Road is 350m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. 3 bus stops (approx 200m walk). Walk to free purple CAT bus (Central Area Transit) available every 10min. 20min walk to train. Ideal for work, holiday or retreat.

Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

The Grange

A beautiful character home with high ceilings, ornate cornices and 3 fireplaces. The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

Subiaco Executive/Holiday Apartment - Free WIFI

This Luxury apt has everything you require from toiletries kitchen/laundry supplies cleaning products books magazines. Best location quiet leafy street 2 mins walk to shops cafes restaurants theatre train etc. A stroll to beautiful Kings Park, all the major hospitals & 5 min drive to City. Subiaco has a lovely friendly village type feel with local markets every Saturday, free concerts and good theatre. Beautifully decorated with quality bed linen, towels, slippers and spotlessly clean.

This is a brand new studio/granny flat located in one of Perth's premier locations. Walking distance to the Leederville and Wembley cafe strips and a number of hidden gems well worth exploring. you will have off street parking and your own dedicated access to your private accommodation, with a shared back yard. Lake Monger sets the perfect backdrop for a 20 minute walk to the train station or cafe strip, not to mention the 10 minute drive to Perths perfect beaches.

Large self-contained private guest suite in a peaceful leafy cul-de-sac halfway between Perth City and City Beach. We are surrounded by parklands and sporting grounds, with a lovely little lake and birdlife just metres away. Trains and buses are close by. 24/7 IGA supermarket, pharmacy, post office, cafes, restaurants and historic Wembley Hotel are all just 10 mins stroll through the parklands. * Perth Airport Train Link runs direct to our local train station [$5pp].

This light and bright apartment is located in the leafy green, vibrant neighbourhood of Shenton Park, right opposite the stunning Kings park. The apartment is located centrally, only 1.7kms to the heart of Subiaco, 1.3kms to Sir Charles Gardiner hospital, Perth Children's hospital, Hollywood private hospital and 3.5kms to Perth city. The free city Cat bus stops right outside and will take you to the city centre.

Twin Gums-Subiaco/Perth Cottage

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
