Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. The Hills Hütte on Terry Peak is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath space with large vaulted ceilings for an airy, spacious feel. This newer build is situated with panoramic views from the front porch while you sip your coffee and meditate. Just minutes to the ski resort and direct access to off road trails, this property is sure to please anyone's adventurous side, no matter the season! The Sage - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Black Hills Rambler-Tiny House

If you have ever wanted to try out "tiny living" our adorable tiny house is perfect. This hand built tiny home is situated on our family property, but away from the main house to give you the privacy you are looking for. While giving you the opportunity to unplug, the Rambler is surrounded by beautiful national forest but is also ideally located just 3.5 miles from the town of Custer, SD. Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.

Arn Barn Cabin

Great cabin with lovely views from the covered porch in the Terry Peak area. Two bedrooms, both containing queen beds, one of these adjustable, the other with a fold-out chair for extra space if needed. One level, open floor plan with a large comfortable sectional that will also pull out into a bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Outdoor fire pit and grill available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home while enjoying the Black Hills.

A unique, secluded, rustic cabin nestled on 10 acres of Ponderosa pine forest. Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny, spacious deck, afternoon picnics by the creek, a cozy wood fire in the evening and a sky full of stars at night. Only 12 minutes from great food and cafes in Spearfish; 20 minutes to Deadwood. The cabin is best for couples, families and groups of close friends. Note limited privacy; there are no bedrooms with doors you can close.
