Excellent 2nd floor studio condo—walking distance to world-famous Sun Valley lodge and village. It is 450 sf small, but has a full kitchen, bath and deck (shared with next door unit). Quiet, quaint, & easy living! Mostly updated, the kitchen/bathroom cabinets a little “80’s.” Still clean and cozy! Enjoy the surrounding beauty of this gorgeous mountain town.**The photo with the mirror makes the room appear larger than it is. **NO A/C. Fans in unit and open windows at night keep it cool in summer.
