Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.

It’s a brilliant location. Go by train all around Perth -6 minutes’ walk to the station . Need to shop , walk 200meters down the road and you will find a Coles super market. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house .
