Fantastic stay. Beautiful and well appointed cottage with lovely gardens. Only a short drive into town. Susanne and Jason are very accommodating and welcoming hosts. Great value, you won’t be disappointed!

This place was outstanding! We couldn’t fault one thing! Every aspect of this home was immaculately presented. The cleanliness was 100% and the towels/linens were of luxurious quality. This place was just magical! This tent is real glamping, it has everything you need to not want to leave for the entire weekend. My partner and I went for our anniversary and we were supposed to explore a bit more about the area but ended up enjoying the tent the whole 2 days cuz it was so good and comfy. Helen and his husband were lovely and super helpful, you can see they created this space with love. Would definitely be back!

Emily was thoughtful and accommodating host, place was nice and clean, great mattresses and bed linen was fresh and cozy. kitchen was clean and all the dishes was good withouth greasy feel to it. House had spectacular view. Only one thing for me, I wish property had trees that change colour in autumn as it would definitely add charm to it, may be in future 😊

Ideal for us as we had separate bedrooms with ensuites but combined lounge dining areas where could mingle. Accommodation was well maintained, very bad storms during our stay meant the surrounding grounds were damaged with sun shades blown off and gardens wind swept, but that was the result of mother nature not Angela.

Lovely family sized property set in a very peaceful location and very conveniently located with a few mins to Bathurst race course and town centre. House had lots of thoughtful supplies - such as extra towels, kitchen supplies and games. Felt very homely and comfortable.

We stayed at sublimity for the second time. It is in such a great location,quiet and peaceful and has everything and much more to feel at home straight away. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is packed with fresh juice, milk and bread and some extra baked goodies for breakfast. We will be back.
