Had a great stay. Fun place right on the lake.

The house was beautifully remodeled. All amenities were spot on! Gorgeous kitchen & bathrooms. We loved the gas fireplace insert!

Beautiful location, super relaxing and was not hard to find. The house is bigger than it even looked, we had plenty of space. The hot tub was an amazing touch. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Easy check in process We would definitely return for a relaxing weekend

Ashley was very responsive and proactive, gave clear instructions making check-in and check-out seamless and quick. House was stocked with everything you could think of and there were helpful instructions for all amenities! Very nice and peaceful stay, made for a great girls weekend by the lake!

We had such a nice stay. Alicia was very proactive and made sure we felt as comfortable as possible. After a long drive, it was great to stay somewhere that just felt like home.

We have stayed here multiple times, this place is definitely worth it and we enjoy how private it is.

I don’t even know where to start. The location is gorgeous, the cabin had everything you could need, right where you would think it would be. Adam was extremely responsive. The wildlife was active and fascinating. We used the fire pit on the last night there and just seemed magical! The queen bed is comfy, as the couch. If you can manage to come on a full moon, do it. Seeing the moon rising over the mountain across the river was a little bit like watching a miracle happen. A+ across the board. I feel so fortunate to have found this place. Thank you Adam and family. And thank you Pam, the place was spotless. We didn’t want to leave, and will be back as often as we can manage it. I can’t wait to see it through the different seasons. It is truly a special place.

Wow! Just WOW!! What a lovely place, as described, but also just so "right"!! SO MUCH attention to detail inside that I could have walked around for my entire stay admiring the architectural details and decorating in the house...and the outside plantings, flowers, paths and garden art was breath taking. Susan pays so much attention to all the details to make your stay GREAT! I have had some really good AirBnB stays in the past but this place is the TOPS and will be hard to beat in any of my future travels to other regions of the USA. Thank you Susan for opening this home to me for my travels! The house, yard, and stay was GREAT!!! Now to the "business end" of the review! Amenities as listed, pictures spot on accurate. Easy to get to and not off the beaten path so close to places to eat, gas and shopping but very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet during the week and weekend days/nights and felt very secure and "home" here. -Liz

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. My family of four stayed here with our dog and had a terrific time. We are already talking about when we can come back! Larry was very helpful and super responsive to our questions. The property is spotless and adorable yet modern. We enjoyed every convenience and the cutest coffee bar inside!

James was the best host I've had while using Airbnb. He brought food, was very kind, and easy to communicate with. The rental was a great price and was very nice to stay in. Our dogs loved the yard.

This quaint and charming home cabin was the PERFECT spot for a quick weekend getaway hiking trip. It backs up to the beautiful woods and is so quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the porch was such a highlight. It rained most of the time we were there so we couldn’t use the bonfire pit, but when we come back we definitely plan to! And yes, we will be back! Everything was so cozy and lovely. Amenities, offerings, the vibes, the aesthetics, PERFECT. Even the small things like the K-Cups and the toiletries if we needed anything. Oh! And the really cool history books and things to do! We will be back🥰

Susan’s place was a truly charming place. It was perfect for a little best friends getaway to do some thrift shopping and watch some NAIA baseball. Susan was very friendly and quick to respond. The eclectic style and carefully crafted decor were a huge favorite! If you find yourself in Kingsport, she offers a pleasant and welcoming place to land.

We drove from Tampa to Cincinnati and stopped here for our hallway stay. It couldn’t have been any better! A beautiful creek and waterfall right behind the house where we had a campfire and relaxed…. This will definitely be our halfway point from now on!

Very neat property at the end of a secluded gravel driveway with beautiful mowed meadow in front. Cross the creek into your own private cabin getaway with comfortable beds and basic necessities and nothing more. Very clean and had a washer and dryer but bring your own soap if you need to run a load. We were on motorcycles so having a dryer after a day in the rain was perfect! Beautiful peaceful covered porch to relax and watch the birds and listen to the creek. We saw a muskrat swimming, it was raining overnight or we could have enjoyed the fire pit. Definitely an awesome property!

I adore this place. It is perfect for the serenity that I need after working all day. Loads of beautiful scenery & wildlife too!!! The place is pristine & very comfy. I so appreciate you opening up this gorgeous space!!!

This will be our second time staying at Carolyn's Airbnb spot. Very much what was expected from the first stay and glad for consistency. Definitely planning to continue to stay here in the future as work requires out of town travel. The location is very much a benefit along with the ease to enter and the cleanliness and simplicity of the home. Wonderful, bravo.
