Hoetten's Hemlock Haven

Relax with the whole family or with someone special in this little piece of heaven. There’s fun in the sun or snow! Take the kayaks, peddle boat or canoe and explore the lake or enjoy a day at Ski Wentworth, come back to warm up and roast marshmallows by the fire (wood provided) then lounge in the gazebo and top it all off with a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Lots of trails for walking, hiking or snowshoeing. Located just 16km from Ski Wentworth and 18km from the charming village of Tatamagouche.

Located halfway between Amherst and Pugwash on the Sunrise Trail (Route 366) at Baie Verte along Northumberland Strait. This private location is ideal for those who wish to explore Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Prince Edward Island or simply "veg out". It's minutes from the Tidnish Dock Provincial Park and the New Brunswick Border and 2 1/2 hours to Halifax.

Lakefront Cottage

This 4-season cottage is located on beautiful Angevine Lake between the Wentworth Valley and Wallace in beautiful Cumberland County. It has always been a special place for family and friends to relax and be in nature, so I feel fortunate to be able to share it with others in need of a break. It’s located only a short drive from the villages of either Pugwash/Wallace/Wentworth and Tatamagouche. The area offers a variety of opportunities such as hiking, golfing, skiing/biking and local markets.

The Captains Retreat

Welcome to The Captains Retreat, one of 7 cottages on the property, this cute one bedroom cottage, with pine interior is cute and rustic and the perfect place to unwind. It can be for just a couple or if you have kids there is a pull out sofa in the living area. Enjoy your coffee on the deck in the morning or a nice fire in the fire pit at night. A lovely little cottage on the Tidnish River for a small group to enjoy. We have included 2 kayaks for you to use and explore the area. You have private access to the beach, and can cruise up the river, or head out to Baie Verte on your adventure. Within 10 mins of our place there is a winery, convenience store, take-out, ice cream shop, and trails. There is a public boat launch across the river. It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area.

Welcome to Jolicure Cove! Located just 10 minutes from the Aulac Big Stop. Prepare yourself for a total nature immersion in our private lake front dome. You can expect complete peace and quiet except the sounds of the breeze, the loons and other forest animals. The dome is the only one on the property, which sits on over 40 acres! Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.
