One of the best ocean and mountain views in Playas del Coco! We welcome everyone! Perfect for couples, families and remote workers. Fully equipped house, located at the top of a mountain inside a gated community, 10 minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants and stores nearby. Short drive from Liberia Airport (20 min). Beachfront 3 bdrm in Playa Hermosa!

Located right on the beach (30 ft), this three bedroom apartment is brand new, with a large pool and outdoor terrace. The apartment is very spacious (2600 sq/ft) with lots of natural light, a large kitchen and a breathtaking ocean view. One of the only beachfront properties in the area, steps from the ocean, really one of a kind! The apartment is a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops and other nearby beaches as well as a short boat ride to the Papagayo Peninsula.
