Being less than 300 steps from the ocean with private beach access, it’s the perfect combination of serene & convenience at the Texas coast. 🌴🌊 Featuring an open floor plan w/ a large kitchen/living area makes the home perfect for hosting families. It has 2 bedrooms & is able to sleep 7 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds & a top bunk bed.

Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Corazon Del Mar: A Beach House That Has Everything

Corazon Del Mar sits about 800 feet from the beach. Nearly everything is provided to our guests. All you will need to bring are your personal items. The house is pet and smoke free, however we provide two designated smoking areas outside. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and also a screen porch to escape from the mosquitoes. There is a large picnic area beneath the house with a gas grill, storage area, picnic table, porch swing and bench. There is also an outside shower.

2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, sleeps 8 to 10. Great views of the water from the deck. Beach access. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and linens and towels provided. Garage has everything you need to enjoy a great day at the beach(chairs,umbrella, canopy, beach toys,etc). Also games such as cornhole, washers, and horseshoes.
