Rincon Flat with Country Views

Located 1 mile from the Rincon's central plaza and its famous beaches this hilltop retreat features an open-air living space with sweeping views of the hills above Rincon, 2 spacious queen bedroom suites and access to a shared rooftop terrace and pool table. Our eco-friendly home runs off a large rooftop solar system for both hw and elec making it the ideal place to be if work calls. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal at home and there is plenty of off-street parking on the premise.

Breeze House Unit # 2 The Apartment-Private Yard

Unit #2 Main Level -Pool Shared with unit1. If you want to relax and enjoy your stay in Rincon far from the touristic path, this is your perfect retreat. Forget the time and feel the breeze of the wind. Spend your day at the beach and then come back home ready to enjoy the peace and the panoramic view. The apartment is located on the first floor of our Spanish style house. The swimming pool in our backyard is shared with Unit1. Breeze apartment is the perfect escape, relaxing calming ambient.

En un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días fuera de la rutina con una de las mejores vistas y sunset que tiene el pueblo Rincón. En un lugar tranquilo y acogedor. A cinco minutos de las mejores playas, pueblo, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias. Contamos con wifi, estacionamiento, jacuzzi privado. Ideal para pasar unos días espectaculares.

Casa el Bello Atardecer, Apt #3 is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from downtown Rincon. So close to Lala's beach, 5 minutes away from other beach attractions like, domes beach where the surfers compete and enjoy the blue waters. We have access to bars/restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores and gift shops. The apt. has 2 bedrooms, Master bedroom has a terrace overlooking the beautiful valley and farmland. You can sunbath, relax and enjoy the view of the moon and stars at night.

Door to door apartments makes it perfect for families and friends to be together but with private rooms. Pool area will be available privately for you. Area intended for up to 6 people. Rincon Trails is a beautifully landscaped mountainous retreat located in Rincon. A 10 minutes drive to downtown and the renowned bathing/surfing beaches. The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, a living room with a dedicated area containing a dinning table, microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker/essentials. An entertainment room with a cashless billiard/dart board. A half court basketball hoop. Wifi, and a Roku Smart TV with additional local Air TV.
