Just ten minutes by car from Inverness town centre we are in a beautiful rural location on the Black Isle. We have a large garden which you are welcome to use, and a secure shed for cyclists to store bikes.

Situated beside the shores of the Cromarty Firth with spectacular views to the Black Isle our cottage sleeps six comfortably, and is ideally placed for touring, with access to superb beaches, forests, hill walking, golf, etc. The NC 500 route is minutes away. One of the best natural harbours in Europe, the Royal Navy had a base here until 1956. Now oil rigs line up in the Firth and liners visit every week in the summer season. Invergordon's spectacular murals are a must see!

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets.

The Coach House at Manse House

The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. Ardullie Farmhouse is situated on Foulis Estate 2min from Foulis Castle close to Evanton which is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Ardullie Farmhouse is a completely private sanctuary within a mature garden, no neighbours to be heard of and is situated looking over the Cromarty Firth. You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.
