300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

This spacious beautifully decorated 2-bedroom (each with ensuite baths) condo is near Rudee Inlet and all oceanfront activities. Walk across the street & relax on the beach, dine at great restaurants, walk under the bridge next to the city parking lot to enjoy all the water activities that originate from Rudee Inlet.

Our newly renovated 2 bedroom condo ONE block from the boardwalk accommodates 6 people and is also perfect for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV; one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a large TV. This is a 2nd floor unit with one designated parking spot. Plenty to do for the whole family with the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many more activities all within walking distance.

Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located 1 mile /20 min walk from the oceanfront. Close enough to the oceanfront to enjoy it but also tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are several restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. There are many parking options at the oceanfront or you can walk or pedal your way there on the 2 provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.

Come enjoy everything Virginia Beach has to offer. Our cozy condo has all of the comforts of home and is perfect for families and accommodates 6 adults. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed w/TV, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed w/TV and the living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size sofa bed w/TV.
