Welcome to @RidingHeights – our cute mid-century modern/bohemian style bungalow home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

Gollum's Cave (duplex) Now w/late checkout Sundays

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.
