As well as quick, convenient access to the Interstate and Hwy 77 and a 10 minute drive to the Lincoln Airport. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood with fenced backyard, swing set for the kids and a four season attached sunroom to enjoy the ever changing Nebraska weather in comfort. One King and Two Queen bedrooms with Queen fold out sofa available in the basement.

Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Easy .6 mi walk to town square, restaurants, and shops, 1.3 mi. from Concordia University. Patio w/table & chairs, grill & fire pit. Large yard for lawn games or watching wildlife. Queen in one and full in other bedroom. Air mattresses, PackNPlay for added guests. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area.

A Stadium View Home near Haymarket and downtown

Soak up all the best the city has to offer. This remodeled little home is one of the closest to The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium and within blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area. So park out front, don't worry about a thing and enjoy a peaceful walk to your evening out. *If you book the same day past 3:00PM, please allow 1 hour from time of booking until check-in to allow us to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

It also includes a screened-in front porch to relax while looking onto the front yard full of native flowers and plants. There are 11 steps to get into the home from the street.
