Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Close to world class ski hills and backcountry skiing, excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities and even private hiking trails right out your door.

This creekfront cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. Priced for 2 guests but can accomodate a maximum of 3 with a $50/night supplement for an extra guest. (2 Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Single). A 2 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the picturesque shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Perfect for Kootenay adventures or remote workers (fibre optic internet 1000 Mbps). Sorry, no pets.

Short walk to across the road to private rock beach where you will enjoy enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. The property is a large cleared area surrounded by crown land on 3 sides. Endless hiking trails and beautiful landscape to explore. Pets welcome but must remain on leash and cleaned up after. We have a friendly dog on the property, Charlie.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You wake up from your antique bedroom suite pour a cup of coffee and walk out onto the deck to look over the beach below beyond the waters of Kootenay lake. Kayaks, Paddle boards and a Pedal boat or a little fishing as well. There are quite a few books here perhaps pick one and lie on the beach in that comfy lounger. Twenty minutes up the lake is Kokanee Springs golf course. Your neighbour above the beach is an Eagle Family.

Set on seven peaceful acres, the property is shared with elk, deer, rabbits, two resident ravens, and the occasional wild turkey—offering a truly immersive mountain experience.

The Hidden Moose Lodge

The Hidden Moose Lodge is the ideal destination for any guests looking for a place to stay in Northern Pend Oreille County. Located down a private access road, this charming cabin nestled in the woods (NOT on the River) is the perfect retreat for all seasons! For our fellow animal lovers, we are pet & service dog friendly! We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Please see our house rules for a full explanation of our Dog Policy.

Cedars Cottage

Beautiful view of the Kootenay Lake and the Purcell Mountain Range. We are located 5 minutes north of Kaslo on highway 31, in Shutty Bench on a 4 acre parcel. This newly renovated cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a pull out couch with a double bed in the common area. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. Also available is a patio space with a barbecue (only in the summer) and 2 outdoor fire-pit areas that can be used all year.
