Very beautiful location with a great view of the Mississippi River. We had fun playing pool and spent time in the hot tub and around the fire. We would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Relaxing river view from the front porch and dining room was the star of the show. Nice clean cabin. Convenient location for visiting family in the area. Adding Wi-Fi would be a nice addition, although we could get spotty cell phone/hot spot connectivity from the porch/dining room to make do. Would consider renting again.

A great view from the deck and peaceful. A nice location close to town but far enough away you feel secluded. We saw several deer on the property and tugboats go down the river from the deck. The home is older, clean and has everything you would need for a getaway. We had a great time visiting Effigy Mounds, Wyalusing State Park and Pikes Peak State Park all in close driving distance.

IT WAS AMAZING!! So private, so beautiful, so peaceful and I can not WAIT to come back! When we came the house was SPOTLESS! The view was breath taking! The hot tub was the cleanest hot tub I have ever seen! It was so lovely, it had EVERYTHING - a great place if you’re going with family or trying to do something romantic - my husband and I definitely enjoyed it! And the host was so kind and helpful also! Very responsive! :)

Our stay was amazing! The home was very clean, nicely decorated, came with a fully stocked kitchen and there was plenty of room to relax. The view of the river was breathtaking. Our hosts, Simon and Megan were great to work with and he even gave us a heads up on a road detour which was greatly appreciated! We would love to work with them in the future! 12 stars out of 10! 😄

We loved our stay! The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and wonderful! I really appreciated all the storage space that we had for our belongings - there was an empty cupboard in the kitchen where we put our cooler; our bedroom had bedside stands that had space for our suitcases; the bathroom upstairs had a built-in cupboard/drawer unit that was awesome for all my hug's gear! The king bed we had was very comfortable. We made use of the puzzles/games. We visited the scenic overlook a couple of times. Pizza at the Winery across the street was delish! We hated to leave!

Needed a place to accommodate our group and decided on this AirBnB. Worked out well, everyone liked being together in the spacious kitchen/living room area and the bedding arrangements worked out well. Property was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely be back if staying in the area.
