Take time to unwind in the woods up north. Our cabin sits in the woods 🌲 and is surrounded by thousands of acres of state land. Hundreds of miles of trails for ATV and snowmobile riding in the area. Within 1.5 miles of the North Branch Ausable River and 3 miles of the Ausable River for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Approximately 20 minutes to downtown Grayling for all of your dining, shopping and entertainment needs. After the days activities, unwind by the fire pit and take in the stars ✨⭐️.

Holy Waters Hideout

Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Spring is here! New cabin in the Huron National Forest. Surrounded by wildlife on the main branch of the Au Sable River. Located on 16 acres and over 1000 feet of river frontage. Prime fishing, kayaking and nature. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Deer, Turkey and wildlife abound. You can start or end your river floats from this location. Bonfire Holler (between Grayling and Gaylord)

Live your life by a compass not a clock. Find your way to Bonfire Holler where you can unplug and relax. Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Come enjoy this peaceful piece of country nestled in Maple Forest Township. Centrally located between Grayling, Gaylord, Traverse City and Alpena. Plenty of lakes, rivers, and ORV in the area.Plenty of room for family and pets to explore the great outdoors. All season paradise. Close to snowmobile, ORV, cross country ski trails. Great inland lakes and fly fishing in Au Sable and Manistee Rivers. Kayak and canoe liveries nearby. Surrounded by 700 acres State Land. Located 2 mi. off I75.

The Up North Experience

Welcome to the Up North Experience! What better way to experience it than camping, I mean Glamping? There is so much to do outdoors around Grayling. There are parks, disc golfing, hiking, biking, ORV trails, canoeing/kayaking, golfing, fishing, and so much more! In town there are stores, restaurants, local shops, a bakery, a few breweries, and a beautiful park right in the heart of town. Come enjoy this small town that is full of beauty! It is truly the Up North Experience!

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. A youtube tour is at my site, bill semion, called A tour of the river house 2020. Miniimum Age: 25.

A-Frame near Ausable River, Garland golf course

Cozy and peaceful, this A-frame cabin offers a unique look to your vacation. Go canoeing or tubing within minutes on the Ausable River that runs nearby, with canoe rentals at various locations within the area. Trails nearby and plenty of space on site to park your trailers that carry your dirt bikes/snowmobile. 15 minutes from Garland golf course, and Ma Deeters in Luzerne.
