This 380-square-foot retreat is located in town, newly refinished while still showcasing the character and charm of its historic roots. The open one-room layout includes a full bathroom, cozy kitchenette, dining space, and a comfortable living area. Sleeping arrangements feature a custom-built queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa, making it a perfect stay for couples or a small family.

The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

This cabin has a small kitchenette for simple cooking. Feel free to bring your cooler, camp stove and a bag of ice. Kick back and keep it simple.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
