Beautiful semi-detached barn conversion professionally designed to a high standard, offering modern comforts whilst retaining an authentic feel. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

Beautiful lakeside home

Beautiful hilltop home, overlooking Lough Derg - Arra mountains to the east and Lough Derg to the west with all the lakeside amenities Our home is a 2 storied 6 bedroomed house with panoramic views of the lakes, rivers and mountains of North Tipperary. The house is set in great privacy on 1.6 acres of gardens and woodland at the end a long driveway accessed through electric gates. Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

Knockmealdown View Accommodation.

This comfortable ground floor apartment is attached to the our home in a quiet and peaceful location. It is ideal for walkers, anglers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Access to the River Suir Blueway, close to the Waterford greenway. Approximately 20 mins drive from Clonmel town. It is also an ideal base to return to after exploring all the sunny south east has to offer or just to relax and get away from it all. We offer free WIFI, however, we do live in the country so please be patient.

Very light and airy accommodation. Renovated inside the old stables attached to Eirke House a former glebe/rectory Georgian period home. Recently refurbished and ready to rent. Property is double glazed throughout and fully insulated. Ample parking close to Johnstown and 35 minutes from the medieval city of Kilkenny. Easy access to the M7/8 motorways. Commanding position and wonderful views. Downstairs is an open plan design incorporating the living & dining area, kitchen & bathroom.

Room with a view

A newly converted loft.bright, Airy and lots of space to relax and unwind after climbing local mountains Slievenamon and Comeragh range.Also close by the very ancient Ahenny high crosses and passage tomb knockroe.Enjoy peace and quiet while inhaling the clean fresh air and intoxicating views.a thirty minute drive to Kilkenny and Clonmel.fifteen minutes to Carrick on Suir. please note this is all in one area. The beds and living area are all within view of eachother.
