The Lodge Mountainview is a short scenic trip off the Wild Atlantic Way, This brand new log cabin is situated at the foot of the Ox Mountains in the village of Attymass which is a place of mountains and lakes and breath taking scenery. There is a newly opened loop walk which passes Ballymore lake with breath taking views, for the more experienced walker The Foxford way has amazing views and goes along the Ox Mountains. If its cycling why not bring your bikes/bike for a trek around the area.

Lough Key with its 32 islands is a gem. All of the bigger islands were inhabited at some stage for at least 2000 years. Abbeys,castles,crannogs and ruins adorn this very special area.
