Mountain Hideaway with Cave Bar & Hot Tub

Nestled within the Slievenamon mountains, this cosy countryside apartment offers the perfect escape with your own private hot tub (available for €30 per night- payable on arrival. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you would like to use) fire pit, or spend the evening in our cave bar. The apartment follows a traditional layout featuring an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting area, and bedroom with a double bed. There is also a small separate room with a single bed.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A toddler bed and cot are available on request. Adult bikes are available, the greenway is ten minutes away. We have a trampoline and swing in our rear garden which is shared by hosts kids. Tramore is 10km away, surfboards available to rent, own private entrance and outside area to rest/play. Bathroom is a wet room and will be helpful for guests with additional needs. The bus stop to Tramore, shops, pool, pubs minutes away.

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Despite the peaceful setting, the house is very central with pubs, shops, bank and church all within walking distance. Tigín (tigeen-small house) with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. This is a small cosy space with solid fuel heating. The bedrooms have two king size beds. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.
