Excellent stay I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my visit. Great space for 4 adults, an infant and 2 dogs while visiting family. The property was clean and tidy and finished to a high standard. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is located on a quiet estate close to countryside and with easy access into Durham. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely use the property again in the future.

I rarely ever write reviews but this one was too amazing not to. Everything from the small details for my sister's birthday to the place blew us away. It's like a small paradise & completely unique. Very private & peaceful! I 100% would return, you will not regret booking this gem of a place. Thank you the most amazing hosts for being so kind & thoughtful!

this airbnb was beautiful and comfortable very homly the finshing touches were amazing. felt right at home when arrived had everything we needed and more was agreat locaction in easington where my family live my god daughter loved the bath and her mother too we even hoisted a family sunday roast and my family thought it was amazing this is the place I will be booking again when im back home to see family pauline and Marcus have made a great airbnb for family and friends to stay can't wait to book again

Converted Milking Barn with Hot Tub

What a perfect place to stay with all of the family from 11 months to 80+yrs of age. Accessibility for my mum was excellent with walk in showers and sofa chairs easy to get in and out of. A travel cot and high chair provided for the youngest member of the family. A dishwasher including the tablets along with a fully equipped kitchen, plastic glasses for use in the hot tub ideal with a glass of wine or too. Our two dogs enjoyed lots of walks and it was brilliant that the garden was fully enclosed and safe for them too. Sarah the host was lovely nothing was too much trouble, little touches like jigsaws and board games where available and the barn had been decorated for Christmas to make you feelst home. The barn was in a beautiful location with lots of walks and a local pub ( booking is essential). If your into astronomy go to Grassholme Observatory I learnt so much and the dark skies are awesome. We had a lovely New Years break and would highly recommended Sunrise Barn for families.

You can't grumble at the price for this place. Allows you to live independently and privately but keeping you close to transport, amenities and almost any supermarket you want is walking distance. I'd stay here again.

wonderful experience with this host Joe really knows what he is doing the little added extras food and drink wise we're really thoughtful and kind. the bed was super comfy but more than that such a clean nice trendy space, very thoughtful and very kind host goes the extra mile would definitely stay here again

I loved my stay at William's. The property was very safe, very central and I was able to walk to every place of interest. The room was warm, clean and very well planned out for long term stays. Of the 57 days I stayed there I experienced no problems and only twice did I hear any late night noise from other guests which didn't continue long enough to be an issue. All the facilities were in good condition and as described. There is an abundance of toilets & bathrooms and they are all marked out well. I especially appreciated the women's bathrooms and consideration that William has given to ensure every guest feels safe. Apart from the actual bedrooms, all other lighting was automatic using sensors which was really handy. The cleaning & maintenance team do a great job. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Sunderland

This is a great stay - comfortable and warm with lots of space, particularly in the kitchen. Suzanne can’t do enough for you. Big parking area, if a little hard to find in the dark!
