The house is set in great privacy on 1.6 acres of gardens and woodland at the end a long driveway accessed through electric gates. Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

Burren Luxury Shepherd’s Hut

Welcome to your Luxury Shepherd’s hut, perfect for a winter Burren adventure, and a cosy stop on your road trip! The hut sits on a 1 acre country garden with views of the Burren mountains. It has central heating, a kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi & the best mattress you ever slept on. We welcome couples, road trippers, solo travellers, visitors to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway Christmas market. There is a chimnea stove outside to stay up late & watch the stars. Parking is right beside the hut.

Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.
