A 3 minute walk on the property takes you to your own private picnic area and fishing alongside a stocked trout stream. Early morning and evening is prime time to see a wide variety of wildlife. At the end of the day relax with that favorite glass of wine by your private outdoor fireplace. A generous supply of firewood is provided.

It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.
