Location is the real flex walkable to coffee, groceries, and easy access around town. The house is spacious, functional, and great for hosting dinners or reconnecting with friends and family. Hot tub and sauna worked well. A few quirks to note: the bunk room setup differed from photos (ended up with 2 bunks and a single bed). Pullout couch room had no way to block sunlight, and we could not lock the side doors. Not dealbreakers, just helpful context. Would stay again.

Michael’s place was fantastic! All the details were great. Kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed and were updated. Michael answered all of our questions quickly ahead of time and was proactive in communicating with us. Stayed over Christmas week with 3 family members and 1 dog. I don’t downhill ski but my husband was in heaven getting to the mountains early without needing to wake up at the crack of dawn. Book this place to relax under the porch in the hot tub while it’s snowing - there’s smartly installed hanging roof to keep flakes out of the steam.

We would highly recommend staying in the Utah's Best Vacation Rental accommodations. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen was especially well equipped, with everything you could possibly need, and in great condition! The condo is located in a perfect, convenient location for skiers, with quick access to both Big and Little Cottonwood canyons, as well as Park City. The hot tub was especially enjoyable after a day on the slopes, too! We hope to be able to stay in a Utahs Best Vacation Rentals accommodation again in the future.

Cameron's place was absolute great for a group of skiers and snowboarders making the most of Utah's resorts for a week! Conveniently close to Snowbird and reasonable distance from the other resorts. The place was clean and spacious, and we had an easy time settling in. The view from the back overlooked SLC, which was great as well. Cameron was incredibly proactive and responsive, and was one of the best Airbnb hosts I've had. He even reached out to see what snacks we would want to be stocked before we got there. Overall, highly recommended staying here!

Such a great place to stay. Felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed and the owners were very nice. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. Washer/Dryer, Kitchen, Fire Place, etc... everything was perfect!!! We be again soon

John was an incredibly responsive host and flexible with check-in when our flight arrived a few hours earlier! Very spacious house for a group of 5 - could easily fit more with multiple beds in every bedroom. Excellent budget pick compared to other options in the area. Perfect location to Alta/Snowbird (just 20/25 min drive), and just a few minutes drive the grocery store (Smith's). Hot tub was ready to go for us and such a delight after a long day of skiing (note the limit is 4 people at a time!) Good selection of pots/pans/tools in the kitchen for cooking meals at home, just bring your own seasoning/spices etc, as well as cooking oil, if you're looking to use more than the provided salt and pepper. Also for your planning purposes, one of the bedrooms is in the basement - so for any nighttime bathroom goers, you'll need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the half bath on the first floor! Other two bathrooms are on the 2nd floor with the rest of the bedrooms.

We were a group of six guys on a ski trip. The condo was plenty spacious. The cook in our group found the kitchen had everything he needed for breakfasts and dinners. The hot tub worked perfectly; which has not always been the case at other Airbnb's we've stayed at in the area. Check-in and check-out was very easy and flexible.

Matt's place is very nice, almost brand new and we felt like at home. Matt is a great host and takes care of some details like I forgot to bring my tooth brush but there was one for me for free !

The place was very clean and it smelled good when we entered. We stayed here with 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 teens. It would be perfect for 2 groups of 2 or a family of 4. The check out was super easy. We really appreciate that. I am assuming there may have been a few disrespectful people staying here because of the abundance of communications about the rules. My wife and I slept in the bottom floor bedroom because it is right outside the front door as well as having a door in it that leads to the outside. We can definitely see that this neighborhood is getting cleaned up and it will be a perfect spot in no time but it’s still in the early part of the transition. This being said the 3rd floor is the only floor with showers. The 2nd floor has a 1/2 bath. Also there is a lot of outside noise on the bottom floor all night long from the road and people walking by. However like I mentioned earlier if we had 4 people it would’ve har been perfect. Very quaint and calm condo right outside the heart of SLC. Truly a PERFECT location to nest down as all of the cities attractions are less than 15 away. Nature attractions start at being 30 mins away. All in all an amazing experience. Would stay again and highly recommend!

This was a great Airbnb experience. The host was incredibly helpful. I will definitely be looking to stay again if my travels take me back to Salt Lake. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful.

House was nice and as described. Very busy neighborhood in an up and coming area. Views of the mountains were beautiful.

Stayed a little over two weeks. Had an amazing time. Hoping to come back next year! As of right now (mid March, 2025), the pictures don't do the home and view justice. The townhome is on the east side of SLC and faces West. You have about 150 to 170 degree view of the mountains across SLC. Amazing stay, especially for the price.

Great location and lots of space to hangout. Host was very friendly and helpful. Please note, If you are sleeping in the master bedroom just know that it is very loud during the night with lots of trucks coming to the industrial site directly behind the townhouse. Other than that it was a beautiful place.

I am so thankful I chose this location! The unit was amazing, close to the convention center and everything I needed to feel at home during a brief stay. I cannot speak more highly of our host! She is SO responsive. I truly appreciated how flexible she was with our check-in...made ALL the difference for arrival. So sorry Lindsey...I may have forgotten the soy milk and coffee 😊 I can't wait to come again! Highly, highly recommend!!

My family came from Mexico for my graduation and stayed in Emily’s Airbnb. The place was beautiful and very homely; my family absolutely loved staying there. Unfortunately, my family disconnected the cameras by accident while trying to connect my dad’s work laptop, and someone from the area complained about my cousins smoking outside. However, Emily was very professional and very polite about it. I felt very sorry about what happened, but she was so understanding. I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing host and amazing place!

This was our second stay at Michelle’s place for our annual ski trip. Beautiful place and great location for hitting all of the local ski resorts. Michelle is very responsive and her place is extremely cozy and wonderful to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Definitely plan on staying there again in the future.
