At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful walk out basement apartment. Located on 60 acres with easy access to highway 50. Halfway between Salida, CO and the Royal Gorge. It's a 1 hour drive to Monarch ski resort. Great location for hunting camp or a quiet weekend with family or friends. The Cotopaxi store is a 15 min drive. They have a little restaurant, basic groceries, fishing licenses and gas station. We are located 15 mins from the Arkansas River for rafting and fishing.
