HUTB LEGAL - Apartamento en Sitges con increíbles vistas al mar, a 10 mts. de la playa. Salón-comedor, 2 hab. dobles, 1 baño completo con bañera y bidet. Cocina totalmente equipada. TV. 30 m2 de jardín priv. delante del mar. Patio de 15 m2 con plantas, que da luminosidad y vida. Piscina y a/ac. La habitación secundaria dispone de dos camas individuales. Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

Waking up by the sea in the center of Sitges

The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

Sitges centro. Bonito y amplio (G11)

Apartamento amplio y muy agradable. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Sitges para que puedas disfrutar de todos sus restaurantes, cafés y tiendas. A 5 minutos a pie a las bonitas playas, al Paseo Marítimo y a la estación de tren. Es un primer piso SIN ascensor. Para grupos grandes existe la posibilidad de alquilar otros pisos en el mismo edificio. Recogida de llaves en el Hotel Alenti (a 350mt), a partir de las 15h. El hotel está abierto 24h. Apartamento de 3 hab. y dos baños uno recién reformado, con plaza de parking incluida en lugar privilegiado a 100m de playas y 5 min del centro andando con piscina comunitaria y jardín ,terraza reformada,parquet en toda la estancia ,persianas eléctricas en el comedor,mosquiteras en habitaciones,puerta seguridad,vistas al mar espectaculares,apartamento de diseño moderno,funcional y tranquilo aire acondicionado en los meses de julio y agosto ,ventiladores portátiles....

Es la planta baja de una casa unifamiliar. En la planta de arriba viven los anfitriones. La planta baja tiene entrada independiente y los inquilinos tendran total privacidad. Si buscas tranquilidad y relax no encontrareis nada mejor! Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
