Este alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente. Centro de Casco antigüo, una minuta a pie de la Plaza de la famosa Iglecia de Altea. Situada en una calle tranquilla en punto mas alto de Altea, tiene vistas increibles, casi 360’ sin vecinos al lado. Casa tiene todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo todo por la playa. Limpieza de la casa hecha solo con productos Ecológicos! Casa adaptada a niños! Se permiten mascotas que No suben a los muebles!!! Deseamos que tengáis unas vacaciones inolvidables!

The villa has: private swimming pool (8x4m), 1 bedroom w/ bathroom ensuite, 2 double bedrooms (1 can be split in 2 beds) w/ shared bathroom fully equipped kitchen indoor living & dining area outdoor kitchen & lounge area 6 persons dining table 6 sun loungers bbq various terraces disabled friendly, no barriers etc. The villa has AC in all rooms, G-nest, IP-TV, WiFi.

Vistas al mar en Denia

Relájate con toda la familia en un entorno incomparable como es el parque natural del monte Montgó en Denia, con fantásticas vistas entre el mar y la montaña. La casa es un oasis de paz. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Op 5 minuten van zee, restaurants, supermarkten plus alle andere voorzieningen, vind je ons gezellige en comfortabele vakantiehuis. De onlangs verbouwde villa ademt een typisch Spaanse finca sfeer, terwijl het van alle moderne gemakken is voorzien: een ruime keuken, sfeervolle zit- en eetkamer met openhaard, 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, airco's, heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op de groene vallei en de Montgó, tuin, buitenkeuken, borrelterras en eetterras. Geen vriendengroepen onder de 30 jaar.

The large villa (700 m2) stands on mature private grounds (3000 m2) of lawns and established 30ft palms, the gardens are fully enclosed offering considerable privacy. It boasts a larger-than-average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villa's elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. The extensive lawns and terraces accommodate a very large 12 x 6 meter pool with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end.
