The space is fantastic super well appointed. Common areas have space to gather that is great. This place is expensive but it is built out that way for sure. the location is also superlative. On the interior of the block, it’s very peaceful and quiet but a few steps and you’re in the heart of it. We would book this again for sure. we travel and Airbnb a fair amount and this place is top in quality of buildout and furnishings, roominess, and location. there was a surprising snafu in the booking with the host at first that did get worked out and we would expect the host to clear that up for users, particularly considering the excellent attention to detail otherwise . we were 8 adults for nearly a week here and it was perfect for us.

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu viert mit einem kleinen Hund und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Lage ist perfekt - sowohl für Sightseeing in Tavira als auch für Ausflüge. In Tavira ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ana hat uns vor dem Haus empfangen und hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Die Küche ist für ein AirBnB super ausgestattet. An einem Abend haben wir auf dem Dach gegrillt. Danke für alles, liebe Ana.

Top omgeving zeer gezellig en rustgevend smurfen dorp op je ideaal voor kinderen en leefgevers

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit geräumigem lichtdurchflutetem Bad, absolut sauber und in einer tollen Lage. Ideal für fussläufige Touren durch die Altstadt. Der hohe Preis war wegen der sehr beliebten Zeit während der Semana Santa gerechtfertigt. Die kleinen Dachterrassen sind eine tolle Ergänzung, der kleine Pool war im April noch zu kalt. Der kleine eingebaute Fahrstuhl ist eine gute Hilfe für Menschen die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß unterwegs sind. Taxis und viele Möglichkeiten gut zu essen findet man direkt vor der Tür. Rocio war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und es war einfach mit ihr zu kommunizieren.

An authentic home with a cozy, comfy feel. A quiet neighborhood in a short driving distance to downtown Tavira and local attractions. We felt right at home! *Worth noting; if you plan to use the laundry washing machine— yes, it is available. But, it is on the rooftop up a set of stairs. The machine itself is just moderately effective. We like to pack light and do laundry along the way, so this was a slight letdown. Overall- we would love to return.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Guillermo qui travaille avec Karim. Guillermo s'est montré professionnel, très agréable et disponible. Il nous a fourni plein de bons conseils et infos utiles. Merci Guillermo ! Excellent logement que nous recommandons vivement. Piscine et résidence propre et très bien entretenues. Proches des grandes villes du sud de l'Andalousie (1 à 2 heures de route). Cadre au top ! Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour, bien au contraire ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch die sehr zentrale Lage aus. Es befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines sauberen, ordentlichen Hauses. Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmer befinden sich von der Straße abgewandt, daher sehr ruhig, und vom Balkon aus blickt man auf ein Gartenstück mit Palmen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Marco hat auf unsere Wünsche sofort reagiert und uns zwei einzelne Bettdecken bringen lassen statt einer großen. Danke dafür. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Stadt Estepona mit ihrer Altstadt ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt, die bei der dortigen Parksituation sehr angenehm war.

We had the pleasure of the staying at Rita’s place for a week in April 2025. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, the rooftop terrace with a bbq is perfect for dinner with fresh seafood from the local market. It was our 3rd visit to the Algarve region and Manta Rota is one of our favorite spots so far, we’d definitely return to Manta Rota and book the apartment again.

El apartamento está muy cuidado y limpio. Lo único a mejorar, sería el sofa... que en las uniones de los cojines, se clava la madera de modo que no entran 4 adultos sentados de forma cómoda y las almohadas eran para mí gusto finas, así como las camas individuales, demasiado blandas.

Het is een prachtig appartement, we hebben er 16 nachten verbleven en een heerlijke tijd gehad. Als enige minpuntje 2 badlakens en 2 kleine handdoeken is te weinig per week

Great place to stay in central Seville - well located for all amenities and very comfortable. Host was super helpful and always responsive. All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Rita and her husband were the most lovely and generous hosts. I truly felt like I was at home. They were very helpful and accommodating as I arrived at an early time and needed to store my things when I left. Estancia cómoda en el centro de Carmona con todo lo necesario, atención y amabilidad de los anfitriones,bonitas vistas y flexibilidad a la hora de la salida.

estuvimos muy agusto, es un apartamento amplio, limpio y las camas muy cómodas, lo único que no me gustó esque hice la reserva en junio y hasta que no llegamos no nos dijo que solo podíamos utilizar la piscina comunitaria hasta el día 8 de septiembre. Por todo lo demás perfecto.

Muy recomendable. En medio de la ciudad y fácil para aparcar, se puede ir a dar un paseo desde allí tranquilamente. La casa con aire acondicionado, moderna y cómoda.

Manuel und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional. Unser Leihwagen war in der Tiefgarage sicher untergebracht, sie ist für Fremde nicht zugänglich. Es waren nur wenige andere Mieter da und es war die meiste Zeit sehr ruhig, abends zeigte sich aber anhand eines benachbarten Fernsehers, dass das Gebäude sehr hellhörig ist. Bis zum Strand, der Mündung des Quadalquivirs, ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Zum Baden empfehlen sich Wasserschuhe, da es viele scharfkantige Muschelschalen gibt. Leider liegt viel Müll am Strand. Bis zum Zentrum sind es nur ca. 15min zu Fuß, es gibt aber auch wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Sevilla, Cádiz und Ronda sind mit dem Auto gut als Tagesausflug zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Apartamento muy agradable en una buena urbanización. Bien comunicado y zona agradable. Nosotros nos alojamos 6 y aunque 2 dormían en sofá cama, este es bastante cómodo. Aitor es muy cercano y la comunicación con el muy fácil.

¡Nuestra estancia en el piso de Tim fue fantástica! El piso es muy amplio y estaba muy limpio. Además, estaba muy bien equipado. A pesar de que tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con un problema eléctrico, lo resolvieron lo más pronto posible, lo que demuestra su compromiso con los huéspedes. Sin duda, recomendamos el piso de Tim a cualquier familia que busque un lugar cómodo y bien ubicado en Marbella. ¡100% recomendable!
