Brand new 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with sea view and comfortable terrace , located in a luxury residence 100m away from the beach. It's situated in the quiet area, surrounded by mountains, park and a sea. Residence have indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and kids playground. 30 mins walk to the start of the promenade to the beautiful village of Villajoyosa and 7 min to drive to the shops and restaurants of Villajoyosa or Finestrat, so it's recommended to have a car for access to facilities.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle appartement is gelegen in El Raso, niet ver van Torrevieja en op slechts een half uur afstand van de luchthaven van Alicante. Het heeft een ruime woonkamer met open keuken. In lijn met de woonkamer is er een terras gelegen. Parralel naar de woonkamer zijn de bed- en badkamers, bestaande uit 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Located on the 24th floor, just a few minutes walk from the beach. It features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and panoramic sea views, and a second bedroom with mountain views. It also has a spacious terrace with stunning sea views. On the 26th floor, you'll find a pool with panoramic sea views, a sauna, and a gym. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy two swimming pools, jacuzzis, a multi-sports court, a children's playground, and padel courts.

Luxurious apartment next to the sea

The apartment is next to the sea (the +50m2 terrace offers an unlimited direct view on the sea) and is part of the luxurious residence Infinity View (with 3 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzi's, fitness, sauna, steam bath, childrens’ playground, tennis-, paddel- and basketball courts). One pool and 2 jacuzzi’s are heated throughout the whole year. Complete and luxurious finishing and parking space (Number 6B). You can avoid the stairs to the beach by using an elevator to street level.

Apartamento con piscina privada

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
