La Jolla is a hacienda style property with 24 hour security near the town of San Jose del Cabo. The salt water heated pool is right outside your door. You have a partial oceanview and are only steps to the beach. There are 2 large bedrooms, each with insuite bath a king bed, a queen and a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom with quality mattresses. Full kitchen, dining room and living room. Las Olas Amazing views In Front Of Great Surf

Stay on the beach in San Jose del Cabo! Within steps of the sand, our newly renovated surf condo located within in the property called "Las Olas" overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez. PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. There could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo.

Chef's kitchen has everything you will need, including a dishwasher and gas range. Bedrooms have excellent separation of space and each has a private bath. Gardens are well maintained.
