If you are looking for the perfect base for your Cabo explorations, you have found it! This La Jolla studio's beachfront location, cleanliness, and layout make it a good choice for the travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly lodging experience. The entrance is gated with a 24-hr guard to ensure maximum safety at all times. There are two pools, gorgeous landscaping, and a very comfy bed! Walk down the beach to epic surf breaks and various bars and restaurants. Mi condo es su condo!

Las Olas Amazing views In Front Of Great Surf

Stay on the beach in San Jose del Cabo! Within steps of the sand, our newly renovated surf condo located within in the property called "Las Olas" overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez. PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. There could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo.

Beachfront, Costa Azul, Mira Vista, Best View

When you arrive you walk a short cobblestone path through lush plantings with orchids and staghorn ferns, take one easy set of stairs and you’re in a perfect 2nd floor condo unit with a view that has it all…...beautifully landscaped grounds, tall palms, artistically designed heated pool and immediately past this all the sand, surf and ocean one could want! Imagine only 25 steps from the building to the pool, 5 more to the beach and who counts after that.

Incredible Los Cabos Beachfront, Costa Azul Condo.

Wake up to the sound of the crashing waves as they wash up onto Costa Azul beach. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Sea of Cortez as you take in the unobstructed, panoramic view from your own private veranda of this 5th floor, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo.
