You will enjoy the rural charm of a small town off the main road that will take you straight into Waco if you go West 40 minutes or Corsicana if you go East 30 minutes. Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lakefront House with Party Dock and Huge Porch!

Come stay with us at Cedar Creek Lake! We have the perfect house for a small family trip, couples weekend, girls/ guys weekend, or even a fishing trip. Our slice of paradise includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. We have an air mattress or two as well as the couch for those larger groups. Hands down the best part of this house is the large wide open deck on the back porch as well as the party dock! Head up there in the evening with a cool drink to check out gorgeous sunset.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
