Außerordentlich schöne Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen mit großer Terrasse und unmittelbarem Meerblick. Drei separate Schlafzimmer nebst weiterem Doppelbett. Großzügige Wohnräume, große komplett eingerichtete Küche. Keine fünf Minuten Weg zum Meer. Mehrere Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Summe sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

What a great villa! So spacious - each room was large and the ceilings were high so it felt airy. I read that other people felt it was dark, but for us it was a bonus to be shady and cool. There is no air conditioning, but it was a comfortable temperature inside even without the ceiling and floor-standing fans provided. There are 3 terraces so you can always sit on one facing the sun if you want. We loved the direct access to the pool too - it was a bit chilly being unheated but that's the same as most places in Lanzarote. The villa was very well equipped. There was every piece of kitchen equipment we could wish for, a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There was a washing machine which was really useful, especially with the large rack to hang the clothes out to dry. Plenty of bedding and towels were provided, we only had to bring our own beach towels. The hosts were extremely responsive; a couple of little issues arising were resolved within hours. 100% recommend.

Apartamento tal y como se describe en el anuncio, enfrente de un pequeño acantilado rocoso a unos 2,5 Km (30 minutos andando) de la playa de baño más cercana y bastante accesible a pie de pequeños supermercados, bares y restaurantes de la zona. Aconsejable tener vehículo, pero esta recomendación es extensible para poder visitar el resto de la preciosa isla y sus playas, con lo que no es un inconveniente para el apartamento. El dormitorio superior tiene acceso 'no fácil' para personas con movilidad reducida, si no es este tu caso, no hay problemas, además siempre está disponible el dormitorio de la planta principal. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y el apartamento lo encontramos muy acogedor, limpio, ordenado, etc. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí. Además la atención de Marisol y Manuel ha sido exquisita, muy rápida y fluida comunicación, muy amables y pendientes de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE 😃

La casa es muy tranquila, se disfruta el silencio. Espaciosa, muy bien equipada. La terraza es muy bonita. Se disfruta mucho y está cerca de las mejores playas de la isla. Nos encantó!

Wir haben uns Puerto de Rosaria ausgesucht, weil wir Silvester in der Stadt verbringen und die heiligen drei Könige mit dem traditionellen Umzug sehen wollten. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sie könnte ein kleines Upgrade ruhig vertragen. Sie hat tolle Momente wie zum Beispiel die Dachterasse. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Selber in die Stadt ist man in ca. 30min. Rafael hat sie sehr gekümmert, er hatte für unseren Sohn Buddel Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt was das Ankommen positiv machte.

From the very first contact during the booking process Alfredo was always friendly and helpful. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and contained everything we could need to help us s enjoy our stay ( including cold beers in the fridge which were very much appreciated after a long day travelling, thankyou Alfredo!!) We were joined part way through our stay by other family members and the layout of the house, with bedrooms and bathrooms on 2 separate floors, gave us all plenty of privacy . The choice of outside spaces is a huge bonus offering shady and sunny spots all day, I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the hill from our bedroom balcony. As always El Cotillo proved a perfect choice for our holiday destination with beautiful beaches just a few minutes walk from the house and a great range of bars and restaurants to choose from . Thankyou Alfredo, we will definitely be back.

We had a Great stay! We found the place easily and got ourselves inside with no problems. Antonija was friendly and responsive with anything I asked for. The pool was maintained throughout our stay as someone came out half way to clean it. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. The sun shone on the terrace all afternoon and was beautiful. We walked down to the marina which took around 15 minutes where there is lots of nice restaurants. We did hire a car and think that was a good decision with where we were located. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wir haben einen Mädelsurlaub gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden! 😍 Besonders toll sind die Balkone und Terasse :-) Alles sauber und super ordentlich!

Beautiful house in modern style, very well equiped kitchen, included spices, olive oil, coffee, spacious bathrooms with shower gel and hair stuff provided. great internet, even for online calls. Nice and quite area, even despite of construction in neighborhood. Alice is wonderfull person, very helpfull. Highly recommend this place, will be back with pleasure.

The house was exactly what I wanted for a 10 day family trip to Corralejo. Perfectly located, spacious and neat. There is a great view from the top floor balcony, but also a nice closed off garden on the ground floor, protected from the wind. The kitchen is well equipped, but we mostly had dinner in the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to have three entire bathrooms, each perfectly clean. Thanks a lot to Samuel for letting us stay.

Top appartment with everything you need in quiet area. Will come back !

Wir haben uns mit 6 erwachsenen Personen sehr wohl in dieser kühlen Wohnung gefühlt. Verschiedene Ebenen mit Terrasse und Hof war für uns optimal. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war fantastisch, manche stört vielleicht der Blick auf Windräder und eine Firma. Wir sind gerne die 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hafenpromenade und zur Innenstadt gelaufen.

Fantástica estancia en El Cotillo. La casa super funcional y cerca de la.playa, restaurantes, supermercado. Volveremos!

Lovely place to stay for some relaxing time in the sun. Great location with lots of parking available, a supermarket within 2 minute walk and numerous restaurants and lounges on the same street. There’s a coastal path within a short distance that goes all the way to Playa Blanca and beyond, with Playa Flamingo beach a walkable distance along with Montaña Roja for a sunset hike. The place itself is comfortable, lovely and clean with everything you need for a short or longer stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and are already considering returning with family.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser schönen und geräumigen Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden – mit drei großzügigen Zimmern und drei WCs gibt es genug Platz für alle. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders haben wir den Gartensitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeit genossen – hier konnten wir gemütliche Abende verbringen. Für unser Baby standen sowohl ein Babystuhl als auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Parken direkt vor der Haustüre war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt, hatten eine großartige Zeit und wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé une super séjour avec mon amour. Nous avons apprécié la petite maison avec cuisine,salle de bain, chambre. Tout était superbe ! Je recommande vivement !

We absolutely loved our stay here. Gio was a fantastic host. The property really suited us. We came to kitesurf and this accommodation provided lots of outside space where we could safely store all our kites and kite foils. It was also located very conveniently close to supermarkets. Gio had a great area with astro turf where we could wash off all our kit. The roof terrace had magical views of Lobos.We are already dreaming of returning!!

L’estada ens ha semblat molt acollidora. Els hostes sempre han estat atents i contestaven al moment. Les instal•lacions eren fantàstiques, sobretot el terrat on oferia unes vistes molt maques.

Great location, quiet area with off street parking. Ideal base close enough to the main restaurant areas with easy access to the main roads out to all surf destinations and beaches. Would definitely visit again :)

Le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description faite par l’hôte ! Celui-ci est très réactif si vous avez la moindre question, de plus il met à disposition un guide regroupant des activités, des lieux à visiter et des restaurants. Vous avez accès à la piscine ainsi qu’au paddle ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement ce trouve dans un complexe regroupant, épicerie, restaurants, bar, office du tourisme et piscine. Je conseil tout de même de louer une voiture car le complexe est loin de tout (plages, villes à visiter, supermarché etc…)
