This beachfront condo was perfectly as described with amazing views. The condo staff is super friendly, responsive and helpful. A small area of restaurants is just five minutes away by cart for breakfast, smoothies, lobster, shrimp, fish dinners, etc. we experience great seaside view that kept the terrace cool all day where we spent hours just listening to the water and working. The condo has plenty of extra linens and towels, including beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked, including a coffee pot while the pantry had a few salt, pepper, seasoning basics. Blender too. Some of the popular San Pedro restaurants in town were about 20 minutes away by cart but totally worth it and the ride is always a fun daily excursion. Secret beach is about 20 minutes away. We come here frequently and this was probably the best proximity location to all of our favorite spots. I would definitely stay here again.

very peaceful place to stay. we enjoyed our veranda right on the ocean front. The pool although a bit small was never busy and was surrounded with birds and iguanas. our room was clean and had everything we needed.the host was very responsive to questions and accommodations we requested for my mother in law who had back issues and needed different outdoor furniture and a hammock. we loved our stay and would recommend it. we will be back again!

We loved our stay at Tres Coco’s resort! The condo was very spacious and comfortable (with AC units in all rooms) and we loved hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze. The pool was beautiful and having the Dog House restaurant on site plus cafes and restaurants next door, allowed us to chill near the resort. Snorkeling was super easy from Elite Adventures next door. We walked to and from town, however, it is a half mile along a busy street. Front desk can help you with golf cart rentals if you prefer. We Loved the assistance with ferry pick up, drop off, stocked fridge and daily activities! Thanks for a great vacation!

We stayed at Sunset Caribe with Mariah for our wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo offered breathtaking sunrise views over the water every morning and gave us unrestricted access to the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, making it easy to relax and enjoy our week. Before our arrival, Mariah provided an incredibly helpful guide with important information about San Pedro, including tips on navigating the island, currency, and a packing list that was perfect for first-time visitors. Her recommendations for food were spot on — every place she suggested was absolutely delicious! During our trip, one of our golf carts broke down and we couldn’t get through to the rental company. Thankfully, Mariah stepped in right away and got the issue resolved for us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. San Pedro is a true gem, and our cozy stay at Sunset Caribe made it even better. Mariah is an amazing host you can count on — Book her!

Lots of space for our family of 5. Great pool. We like the location being between secret beach and the San Pedro town. Love the air conditioning. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient, we had to buy detergent at the store but not a big deal. For first time in San Pedro I would definitely recommend. Staff are so helpful and the absolute best!

The location north of the bridge kept us away from the busier climate of San Pedro, but close enough to get there quickly for groceries, dining and ferry service. The on-site restaurant and bar provided a great meal and entertainment on our first night as weary travelers, and other times as well. Bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and fun. Front office staff James and all were always helpful, giving us tips on activities when we were unable to dive due to wind conditions. This two bedroom/two bath unit was great for us, two couples.

We were ecstatic to find this apartment, at this price, in San Pedro. We stayed for a month and were reasonably happy here. Based on the price point, expect that sometimes things go wrong- there may be leaks in the ceiling or windows, the upstairs neighbors are very loud (it’s several stacked metal boxes,) and the kitchen is challenging to make meals in. That being said, in comparison to other buildings in the neighborhood- the Box House Condos are a dream. They’re new, they’re clean, and management is very responsive. The towels are very plush, the mattresses are dreamy, and the hot water is some of the best we’ve experienced in Latin America. If you’re a budget traveler, this is absolutely a fantastic space. If you’re here for your Honeymoon, or need Americanized perfection, a resort would be a better choice for you. We would absolutely come back again.

What a wonderful place to stay on the island. Easy drive back to San Pedro but far enough North to be peaceful. Wonderful hosts. Will stay again.

We stayed in Building E for a month in February/March 2020 and all was great. The pool and the pool staff; Gina, Leo and especially Harvey who kept the grounds and pool looking great were outstanding. We even got use to the planes starting at 7:00 a.m. and finished at 7 or 8 p.m. Golf cart was a must for us in order to get around San Pedro and explore the Island and we would recommend renting one for your stay.

Excellent property with great attention to detail. I have stayed here twice this year, each time for 1 month. The property is very well maintained, clean, and safe! The night security men are especially alert which is a good feeling coming in late. The gym has all you need and more and the trainer is helpful. The pool is nuts - super big, with a bridge you can sit under to escape the heat, and the pool is kept extra clean - and I'm picky about pools so that is saying a lot. I have gotten to know the staff like family and love them. Lar is a very professional front desk agent and knowledgeable. And the housekeeping ladies are teaching me Spanish. I love it here! You guys are doing great things for the island with this property - keep it up and thank you!

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

The place was great. The staff was very accommodating especially since we brought our dog with us. It’s hard finding places that allow dogs, It is definitely a dog friendly place. Would definitely recommend to everyone

walking distance to everything if you are looking for all the basics in accomadations and amenities check this place out..everything you need is here..the pool and fitness club are an added bonus...being by the airport strip isn't a big deal.the staff here are wonderful and very accomadating...i believe you get what you give..i believe long term or short term eci grand baymen resort is definitely great value for your money...what really impressed me is how comfortable I am here not being on the water...like I said everything you need is here going to bring all my family here next year👍👍😎😎thank you eci

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

We loved our condo. It was just as described in the listing. It was spacious and clean and well equipped. We loved the ocean front balcony. Hillary and Sadie were so responsive to my questions before arrival. They also were wonderful by arranging dinner and golf cart reservations! The pick up and drop off to the airport was seamless. Francis was awesome and we wish him a happy birthday!! Overall I would so highly recommend a stay here and we would love to come back, it was fabulous!!

Best part about staying here was the customer service. The front desk attendants were incredibly proactive in communicating, either in person or through text. They were cheerful, kind, and able to answer any question we had. Solid location, just north of the bridge, which is great as you leave the commotion of San Pedro a bit behind you, but it’s still close enough to get anywhere you need to go. Definitely need a golf cart to get around, which they can help you arrange. Would stay here again.

First thing first, I want to give a big shout out to Hilary from the Diamonte team. She was extremely responsive and help me navigate to our rental in San Pedro. She reserved a private car pick from the Belize City Airport to the water taxi that took us to San Pedro Island and then had a driver take us to our airbnb from the San Pedro water taxi terminal. She made the same reservations heading back to Belize city. She also helped us reserve a golf cart to easily navigate through the island which is optional for your booking. The airbnb was beautiful, spotless and had breathtaking scenic ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Will surely recommend! Overall, we really liked the condo. The welcome cocktails were a cute touch. We loved the location and loved Coco‘s Loco bar being right there attached to the swimming pool. I had seen another review that mentioned that as a negative, but we thought it was definitely a positive. We hung out there almost every night, and met both locals and tourists at the bar who became friends, and we thought the owner and bartenders were great. We liked the general layout and size of the condo. We only used the master bedroom, and found the bed quite comfortable. The master bedroom light flickered often, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. The bathroom was decent and stocked with brand new towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and roomy, with a fridge stocked with beer, soda, and juice. Alexandra was attentive to any needs that arose while we were there, although communication took a bit longer than we’d prefer, but I guess that’s due to “island time”. We will happily stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this two-bedroom condo north of San Pedro. It’s in a quiet spot, away from the busy town center, which made it easy to relax. At the same time, there are plenty of restaurants nearby—so many, in fact, that we didn’t have to repeat a single one during our trip. Getting around by golf cart was easy, and Secret Beach is just a short drive away. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The balcony was a nice place to sit in the mornings or evenings, and the pool area was never crowded. We also appreciated how responsive the staff were—any time we needed more drinking water or supplies, they were quick to help.

I had the privilege of staying in unit 1-3C as a solo traveller for 5 days. The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and came with an impeccable view! The Residences at Barrier Reef property was beautiful! From the pools to the landscaping it was reminiscent of a resort. The complex had a community vibe with fellow vacationers and long stay patrons, all willing to say “Hi” or welcome you to San Pedro. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, removed from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, this is the spot. There is still plenty of incredible restaurants and cafes within a 10min cart ride of the property to keep you going without the need to go back into town. And with the added bonus of being close to the Secret Beach cut across. The StayFloreo hosts were welcoming and quick to respond with any queries. Kudos to the team as well as the housekeeping staff and landscapers that all work very hard to keep this property running.
