First floor flat in historic Italianate home. Renovated with love. Gorgeous kitchen, sunroom, free parking, garden. Very central, near restaurants, shops and parks. 1,900 sq. ft. Contact host re 4th bedroom (has own separate entrance; is separable from rest of apt). It is almost always available. The sunroom has a grand piano, waiting to be played. The open kitchen has marble countertops, a brick chimney and a six-burner stove. We left you wine, beer and chocolate. Enjoy!

Enjoy a welcome stay in our newly renovated unit! You have private entry through the side door. The house is centrally located to town (0.3 miles to the Ithaca Commons!). Brand new furniture, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed + queen-size pull-out couch. Very comfortable space with an entrance through the side door & access to the backyard. This is a two-story unit with the master bedroom & bathroom upstairs. Driveway parking available.
