This home is known for its stunning views from the expansive deck and with amazing wildlife viewing. The home is near San Juan County Park for beach access and the iconic Lime Kiln Light House. The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

Surrounded by nature in a peaceful residential community less than 30 minutes to downtown Victoria, with the conveniences of charming Sidney just 10 minutes away. We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.

Windance Cottage

Northwewst contemporary designed guest house. Lots of sunlight and great views of the Straights, Mountains and an abundance of sea life, eagles, deer, fox, and other wildlife. Private tennis court with basketball hoops. Private cove to launch your kayak or just some great tide pooling. Note; Owners home is on the property. The cottage sets back approximately a football field away from the main house, affording it’s own privacy. Owners are normally always on property.
