SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.
