The space has just been remodeled and includes a complete kitchenette with hot plate for cooking refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom/shower, hair dryer, wifi 1.2 gbps, TV movie apps, driveway parking right in front of the studio, plus exterior space to chill out.

We are unable to accept post surgery guests. Sleeps up to 4,no pets allowed, no smoking, no loud noise after 10pm and NO PARTY ALLOWED! Please park at the assigned park facing in.
