You have the entire place to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry, a porch you will not want to leave, docking for boats/jet skis, & parking for 4 vehicles. We have the best sunrises & those perfect glass water evenings, come fish, surf, relax, ski, swim, read, or boat at P*Jinx & Grace

Conveniently located in the Parker Creek area, close to Willow Point and Russell Crossroads, Bolton Cove is a gated community of only 4 homes with wonderful amenities. You can enjoy the community swimming pool, sandy beach, dock your boat at our large community pier, take a walk on the waterfront boardwalk, take the children to the playground, or enjoy the kayaks. We also have an optional pontoon boat rental for an additional $300 per day based on availability. If you are interested, please ask.
