Comfortable and convenient. We were minutes from restaurants and skiing which was perfect. The rental really felt like a hime. Check in was easy and Julia and Peter were proactive with messages about check in and trash. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

An amazing experience! The place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make it hard to leave. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The host was very kind and always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Staying at Jordan’s place was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication with Jordan was seamless — they responded quickly to every message and provided detailed instructions that made check-in incredibly easy. The property itself was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured (if not even better!). Every little detail had been thought of, from the well-stocked kitchen essentials to the extra cozy blankets and thoughtful local recommendations left for guests. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt high-end, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions — it was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Jordan also went above and beyond by offering small touches that made a big difference, like fresh bottled water, extra toiletries, and a personalized welcome note that immediately made us feel at home.

Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

You couldn’t ask for better hosts! Everything we needed was there and it was actually better than listed! The beds that we thought were going to be twins were doubles, so we were super comfy! The kitchen table was the perfect place for our two families to gather together and enjoyed our time by the wood burning stove. There is SO much to do in the area! I highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay at Beth’s home! We loved the ambiance of the home paired with the beautiful views and sounds of nature literally right in the back yard, very cozy. We are gym frequenters so we loved the challenge of the hike down the back of the house, it was a great morning workout. Over all 10/10 recommend this stay!

Planned a last minute getaway to go skiing with the kids over school vacation. Sofia’s condo was exactly as listed and fit our needs. The beds were super comfortable and it was cute, cozy and clean. Easy access to Cranmore and Attitash as well as downtown N Conway for food and shopping. Would definitely rent again or suggest to friends!

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Kevin's place was great! Very clean, comfortable and in good area as we stayed for a week of skiing. Easy to get to Attitash ski resort and quick drive to Wildcat Mountain. Kevin was easy to communicate with and would return again next year for sure!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Ace’s condo was great, had a nice view across to the mountain whereas some units did not. He was easy to communicate with as well. Looking forward to next season.

We had a wonderful stay in Bartlett. Lorraine's condo was sparkling clean and absolutely adorable! We found everything we needed to cook with pans and pots in great condition (which is not often the case on Airbnb). The location is perfect, super close to gorgeous hiking trails. Plus, the clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi is fabulous after a long day hike. We'd love to come back! Easy five stars rating! Thanks Lorraine!!

Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.
