Less than 1 minute from Santa's Village, access to snowmobile trails from the house, close to popular ski resorts and lots of hiking including NH's 4000 footers. Pets with advanced host permission, current rabies, a flat Fido Fee, & limited to 2 pets. 2 nt min.

Featuring cabin-style rooms on a farm with mountain views from the top of the world. We abut hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails. With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows, wilderness, peaceful natural ambience. We stock our own eggs and local breakfast foods! WOW!
