There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Tucked into the leafy slopes of Constantia Upper, situated at the top of our 2800sqr property - Woodlyn Rest is a peaceful 2-bedroom surrounded by tall trees and mountain air. Fresh, comfortable farm-style charm. The main bedroom has a king bed and a working desk, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king. A fireplace indoors. Outside, a private patio and a small garden. Off-street secure parking —minutes from the trails, popular wine farms and incredible restaurants.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.
