We have an inverter that covers the security system and cameras + the WIFI, TV, stove and oven and all the lights and most of the plugs during load shedding. The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

Blackwood Log Cabin

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.

The spacious 2 storey cottage consists of open plan kitchen / lounge, downstairs guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and outside space. We have a shared pool in our garden which guests are welcome to enjoy.
