This is a unique "cabin in the woods" tree house style home nestled high up on a property making up part of the Table Mountain Reserve, overlooking the world heritage site "Orange Kloof" effectively the back of the Table Mountain reserve Despite its apparent remoteness, it lies just 7 min from Houtbay central district and 12 minutes from Constantia shopping centre. Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

In the tranquil, leafy suburb of Constantia with Tree lined streets with many nearby attractions - walking distance to Constantia Village and scenic green belts. 5 minutes drive to the famous wine farms of Groot Constantia, Constantia Glen and Beau Constantia; trendy cafes, breakfast spots and top Cape Town restaurants. Ideal for a couple, family breakaway or business trip.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Comfortable cottge set in a beautiful indigenous garden. The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.

Kai Cottage

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.

Upper Constantia Greenbelt

The property is situated adjacent to the beautiful Bel Ombre greenbelt with spectacular views down the valley as well as the lower lying Cape flats with the Hottentots Hollands mountain range as a backdrop. We have also installed an off grid power generation unit which means we are no longer affected by Load shedding.

The poolroom is a compact flatlet, flooded with natural light from the large windows and doors which lead on to and overlook the garden and swimming pool. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided, as well as a hairdryer and swimming towels.
