Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. Located in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Every morning you will wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Guest Studio! Your studio will include private keypad entry to 1 Bedroom (queen bed) & 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a smart TV, Kitchenette (including a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware) & desk workstation! We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! This spot is all about making it easy to stay in Denver.

A perfect crash pad for touristing/working in Colorado. I'm a quiet person and an early riser, and this is a space for like-minded guests. You will have your own private entrance and space, divided from the rest of the home by a locked glass partition with a blackout curtain. Enjoy direct access to the city and easy access to the mountains!

Our house is a 10 minute walk to the light rail, 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 2 minutes from I-25, and a $10 Lyft to pretty much anywhere in the Denver metro area. Quickly and easily get to downtown, the Tech Center, the shopping on South Broadway, to the mountains or simply relax in the comfort of our cozy guest suite.

A 2-10 min walk will take you to all the popular spots including: Avanti, Root Down, Lingers, Forrest Room 5, Black Eye Coffee, Little Man Ice Cream, among others.

Our recently renovated garden-level or basement studio is the lower portion of our charming Denver bungalow home located on a quiet tree-lined street in the popular and centrally located Whittier neighborhood near beautiful City Park. Once inside the shared backdoor of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, non-smoking, clean space featuring a beautiful kitchenette and attached bathroom.

Creekside Townhouse Downtown 2BR/3BA

Our townhouse is located in the Riverfront Park section of Lower Downtown, facing beautiful Cherry Creek and its running and bike paths. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, light rail, and major attractions downtown, including the Ball Center, Larimer Square, the Rockies ballpark, Mile High Stadium and Union Station. Stairs are required to access all levels. A maximum of 4 people - our sofa is not designed for sleeping.

Carriage house on the alley. Denver Short Term Rental License No.: 2019-BFN-005180. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown, the sports venues and Meow Wolf. Walk to Sloan's Lake, Edgewater, Berkley and Highlands. Sleeps up to 6. Queen size adjustable bed in bedroom, Queen and Full size Lazy-boy sofa sleepers. Base rate is double occupancy, small charge ($10) for each additional guest. Off street parking for two cars right at the door.

Brand New Guest Suite Minutes from Downtown Denver

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!

You are a hop, skip and a jump to I-70 and the fast track to the Rocky Mountains.
