Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Please message us for availability. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

The Cutbow Ranch is a truly one of a kind stay. This cabin sits on the banks of the San Antonio River that has been renovated with the fly fisher in mind. The property boasts nearly 200 private acres with almost 1 full mile of private river. The property also has a fully stocked private pond for the both the expert and beginner fisherman. The property also has walking trails through that allows visitors the chance to have exceptional wildlife encounters and amazing southern Colorado views.

Cozy River Cottage

Located just a mile from the Cumbres Toltec Scenic Railroad, our cottage offers the perfect base for a memorable day. The cabin features a unique loft bedroom that overlooks the main living area. For additional guests, a pullout couch is available. This getaway is designed for relaxation and offers a one-of-a-kind experience along the San Antonio River. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to the New Mexico border, offering easy access to outdoor pursuits. We welcome pets.

La Casita…Cozy 3 bedroom home in Manassa

Relax with the whole family at this cozy 3 bedroom home located in the quiet, little town in Manassa in the beautiful San Luis Valley. The San Luis Valley is known for the beautiful mountains, with great hunting and fishing. We are a 15 minute drive to Cumbres and Toltec Scenic railroad, 1 hour to Zapata Falls and Great Sand Dunes National Park, 45 minutes to Colorado Gators Reptile Park. We allow full access to our home but not the garage. We do not allow any type of smoking indoors.

Southern Colorado Mountain Cabin

Close access to Snowmobiling, X Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Cowboy School House (High Plains Drift Inn)

Taste the 1800s in our western school house. Cowboy bunk-house style sleeping arrangement with 3 bunk beds. Also, an inviting kitchenette facility and spacious shower as well as solar lighting, USB charging ports, and a (modern) propane heater. Do the planet a favor and stay at our environmentally friendly, off grid solar powered, largely self sustaining ranch. Ranch Café on site serving hearty homestyle cowboy cooking, by reservation only. We can also provide horse rides.

Snowshoe Cabin

Rocky Mountains surround you in this beautiful 2-bedroom 1-bath cabin. Its off grid, but with modern amenities including star link internet. The property borders the Cumbres and Toltec Railway with a front porch view of the train during train season! Its a short walk to fishing and hiking in the Rio Grande National Forest. This four-season cabin can be especially enjoyable as a cozy retreat once snow flies and can be accessed by snowmobile, XC skis or snowshoes!

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
