Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that we purchased in 2016 and lovingly renovated over three years using a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is a quirky 1 bedroom, 1 bath garden level loft with much of its original character preserved. This is a 1-bedroom apartment in the historic Brush Park neighborhood! Minutes away from all the exciting things that Detroit has to offer-Little Caesar's Arena, Comerica Park, Ford Field. One block east of the new Qline that can take you from downtown to new center. Enjoy the beautiful view of the city skyline outside every window. Amazing 1 BR Apt In City Center

Prime location with a view of Comerica Park and Ford Field. You will be in the heart of Detroit walking distance to all major attractions, sporting events, theatre's, and the Detroit Riverfront. Many great restaurants in the area! The building was once an old historic hotel that has been transformed into cozy apartments. Original architecture can still be seen throughout the building. The unit features private access from the side entrance and 17' high vaulted ceilings with a skylight ribbon that cuts through the space to reveal a slice of the sky.
