Modern Duplex in Charming Downtown Neighborhood

This reimagined century-old property features a gas fireplace with wood-panel surround, home office workspace, tiled bathrooms, hardwood flooring, and plenty of space to relax. Cook in a refurbished kitchen of quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and truly find yourself at home away from home. This property includes 2 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen. Parking is available on the street, with no extra cost or pass required. Enjoy your stay in Indy in this beautiful downtown home! Walk in to the living room with working fireplace, HD TV, and home office work space. The couch pulls out into a full size bed, and a miracle (air)bed is stored in the hall closet. Both are equipped with an abundance of cozy extras! Next find yourself in the open concept kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) to enjoy a meal at home or simply morning coffee. Through the kitchen you'll find yourself in the guest hall with a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and queen bed with over-sized closet. Upstairs is the sun-filled master king bedroom with full bathroom (stand up shower) and closet. I will be as available as you need! I am happy to answer any questions you might have, recommend local restaurant favorites, etc. I want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Set in a historic downtown neighborhood, from here's it's only a mile to Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and the Indiana Convention Center. Stroll to numerous other attractions, together with award-winning restaurants and hip cafes. Downtown Indianapolis offers many great methods of transportation! Hop on a Lime or Bird scooter or take advantage of the many Pacers Bike Shares posted throughout the city. If you'd prefer to travel via car, then give a BlueIndy a shot! BlueIndy is Indy's electric vehicle share program - it's the perfect method to get to and from the airport! There is a BlueIndy station and Pacers Bike Share station right around the corner from the house. Additionally, there are plenty of Uber or Lyft drivers waiting for your call!

Pumpkin House. Chic downtown spotless fenced yard

Over 60 restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theater, comedy club, shops, health food grocery all in a very short walking distance. This is the perfect place for an active guest to experience boho Bloomington or attend IU events. Quality linens, SPOTLESS, uncluttered, new everything including beds,kitchenware etc. Designated parking for 2 and free street.Fast fiber 500Mbps speed internet and new Roku smart TV's. Third party booking allowed with approval from host and contact information of guests.

Restored Historic Home Steps from the Best of Indy

My wife and are I are pretty biased, but we are pretty confident in saying this is the best location for an Airbnb in Indianapolis. This charmingly cute, completely remodeled historic home is all yours with parking in the rear. The door is an automated keycode so check in with ease whenever. You are just literal minutes walking to the majority of our favorite things to do in the city. This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown

Full time Airbnb home in Historic Downtown Madison. Bates Hendricks Luxe with Roof Deck

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

The Crafty Fox Den - Retreat House

Nestled in Madison, Indiana’s beautiful historic district. The home is a newly renovated four square craftsman, located in the middle of town, still quiet and cozy. You are a half of a block from Main Street, the beautiful Broadway fountain, and just three blocks from the river, Lanier Mansion, and Crystal Beach, Visitor’s Center and within walking distance of all of Madison’s event locations as well as historic properties.

Pristine 2BR House Steps from Downtown!

It's an adorable home in historic Prospect Hill. Our house is steps from downtown, Switchyard Park, the B-Line, and Kirkwood. It has tons of light, lots of space to gather, brand new HVAC, and super fast WiFi! There is a private parking lot in the back of the house. The front has a small porch and the back has a brand new, large deck. A tree line provides privacy from Second Street in the back.

Incredibly Large 7 Bdr Downtown Sleeps 15

Perfect option for large groups. Historic home located on the immediate eastern edge of downtown in the Market East Business District and Historic Holy Cross Neighborhood. House is located right off of main interstates (I70/I65). $5 Uber ride to downtown locations, hop on scooters for rent docked in front of the house or take a 15 min stroll. Newest Whole Foods right down the street.

This single family 1920 Meridian Kessler bungalow has charm and character as soon as you walk in the door. Nice wood details, gleaming hardwood floors, freshly painted and furnished. It’s close to Butler, Broad Ripple, the Fairgrounds, and only 10 minutes to downtown Indy. A few restaurants are only 5 blocks away and public transportation on the Redline is only 3 blocks away.
